Application
Basecoat: Mix 1:1 with suitable thinner. Do not add hardener. Apply 2–3 coats, allowing 5–10 minutes flash-off between coats.
Clearcoat: Mix 2:1 with hardener. Add 10–20% thinner if required. Apply 2 coats.

Surface Preparation
Sand P320–P400 for preparation and P600–P800 for finishing. Prime where required, sand smooth and clean thoroughly. Do not apply directly to bare metal.

Colour Code
Volkswagen colour codes are commonly found on the vehicle information sticker in the boot, underneath the boot floor or near the spare-wheel well. The code may also be recorded in the service handbook.
