1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products eligible for return: We accept returns for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Non-returnable items: Custom-made products, used products, or products that have been opened or damaged after receipt are non-returnable.
2. Timeframe for Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
- After the 14-day period, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Ship the item: Securely package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided in the return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was sent incorrectly.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra charge. To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly provide photographs of the damaged or defective product along with your order details.
5. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with the order or the product was defective.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original product and place a new order for the item you desire.
