- Orders are processed and shipped only on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and shipped, including tracking information if applicable.

We offer various shipping options to suit your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping methods and delivery times will be displayed at checkout, and they vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after processing (for domestic orders).
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days after processing.

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the items in your order.

- We do not trade internationally.

9. Local Pickup (if applicable)
- If you are located in Germiston, you may be eligible to pick up your order directly from our location. Please select the Local Pickup option during checkout.
- After your order is processed, you will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
