Product Description

Application system

2-stage system:

• Basecoat (colour)
• Clearcoat (gloss & protection)

Mixing & application

Basecoat:

• Mix 1:1 with thinners only
• Do not add hardener

Clearcoat:

• Mix 2:1 with hardener
• Add 10–20% thinners if required

Spraying

• Apply 2–3 coats of basecoat
• Allow 5–10 minutes between coats
• Finish with 2 coats of clearcoat for gloss and durability

Surface preparation

• Sand surface using P320–P400 for preparation
• Finish with P600–P800 before painting
• Prime if required and sand smooth
• Clean thoroughly before application

Finishing

After curing, polish using Presta polish to achieve a high-gloss professional finish.

• Audi: commonly in the boot or service book
• Other vehicles: under bonnet, service book, or door jamb
