Suzuki Pearl Arctic White (ZHJ) is a premium 3-stage pearl white automotive colour, known for its bright clean white base and refined pearl effect that adds depth, clarity, and a modern factory-style finish.

Professionally matched using the Plascon MasterMix system for accurate colour reproduction and professional automotive refinishing results.

Application system

3-stage pearl system:

• Groundcoat (base layer)
• Pearl / Midcoat (effect layer)
• Clearcoat (gloss & protection)

Mixing & application

Groundcoat:

• Mix 1:1 with thinners only
• Do not add hardener

Pearl / Midcoat:

• Mix 1:1 with thinners
• Apply light even coats to control pearl effect

Clearcoat:

• Mix 2:1 with hardener
• Add 10–20% thinners if required

Spraying

• Apply groundcoat until full coverage is achieved
• Apply 1–2 coats of pearl layer depending on desired effect
• Finish with 2 coats of clearcoat for gloss and durability

Surface preparation

• Sand surface using P320–P400 for preparation
• Finish with P600–P800 before painting
• Prime if required and sand smooth
• Clean thoroughly before application

Finishing

After curing, polish using Presta polish to achieve a high-gloss professional finish.

How to find your colour code

Colour code locations may vary depending on manufacturer:

• Suzuki: usually on the driver door jamb or door frame
• Volkswagen / Audi: commonly near the spare wheel area
• Other vehicles: under bonnet, service book, or door jamb
