Haval Pure White (09F) is a premium 3-stage pearl white OEM automotive colour, known for its clean bright base and refined pearl effect that adds depth and a modern high-end finish.

Application system

3-stage pearl system:

• Groundcoat (base layer)
• Midcoat (pearl/effect layer)
• Clearcoat (gloss & protection)

Mixing & application

Groundcoat (base):

• Mix 1:1 with thinners only
• Do not add hardener

Midcoat (pearl layer):

• Mix as per system requirements (typically 1:1 with thinners)
• Apply light even coats to control pearl effect

Clearcoat:

• Mix 2:1 with hardener
• Add 10–20% thinners if required

Spraying

• Apply groundcoat until full coverage is achieved
• Apply 1–2 coats of midcoat depending on desired pearl effect
• Finish with 2 coats of clearcoat for gloss and durability

Surface preparation

• Sand surface using P320–P400 for preparation
• Finish with P600–P800 before painting
• Prime if required and sand smooth
• Paint is not direct to metal
• Clean thoroughly before application

Finishing

After curing, polish using Presta polish to achieve a high-gloss professional finish.

Colour code locations may vary depending on manufacturer:

• Haval: usually on the driver door jamb or door frame
• Volkswagen / Audi: commonly near the spare wheel area
• Other vehicles: under bonnet, service book, or door jamb
