Application system
3-stage system:

• Groundcoat (base layer)
• Second stage colour layer
• Clearcoat (gloss & protection)

Mixing & application

Groundcoat:

• Mix 1:1 with thinners only
• Do not add hardener

Second stage colour:

• Mix 1:1 with thinners
• Apply evenly to achieve correct colour effect

Clearcoat:

• Mix 2:1 with hardener
• Add 10–20% thinners if needed

Spraying:

• Apply groundcoat until full coverage is achieved
• Apply 1–2 coats of second stage colour to build effect
• Finish with 2 coats of clearcoat for gloss and durability

Surface preparation

• Sand surface (P320–P400 for preparation, P600–P800 for finishing)
• Prime if needed, then sand smooth
• Clean thoroughly before painting

Finishing
After curing, polish using Presta polish to achieve a high-gloss, professional finish.

Colour code locations may vary depending on the vehicle manufacturer:

• Ford: usually found on the driver’s door frame or door jamb
• Volkswagen / Audi: commonly found in the boot near the spare wheel area
• Other vehicles: may be located under the bonnet, door jamb, or service book
