  Application system
  Available in 2 systems:

  2-stage system:

  Basecoat (colour)
  Clearcoat (gloss & protection)

  OR

  2K direct gloss system:

  Colour with built-in gloss (no clearcoat required)

  Mixing & application

  Basecoat:

  • Mix 1:1 with thinners only
  • Do not add hardener

  2K Direct Gloss:

  • Mix 2:1 with hardener
  • Add 10–20% thinners if needed

  Clearcoat (if using basecoat system):

  • Mix 2:1 with hardener
  • Add 10–20% thinners if needed

  Spraying:

  • Apply 2–3 coats of basecoat (allow 5–10 minutes between coats)
  • Finish with 2 coats of clearcoat if using basecoat system
  • For 2K, apply 2–3 coats for full coverage and gloss

  Surface preparation

  • Sand surface (P320–P400 for preparation, P600–P800 for finishing)
  • Prime if needed, then sand smooth
  • Clean thoroughly before painting

  Finishing
  After curing, polish using Presta polish to achieve a high-gloss, professional finish.

  Colour code locations may vary depending on the vehicle manufacturer:

  Mercedes-Benz: usually found under the bonnet, radiator support, or service booklet
  Volkswagen / Audi: boot near spare wheel
  Ford: driver’s door frame or door jamb
